Desired Skills and Experience

• At least three years of in-house or agency experience creating motion and static assets for tech or SaaS brands.
• Proven experience designing high-performing paid media assets for B2B and/or B2B SaaS campaigns, especially on channels like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how to adapt creative for awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
• Confident point of view on emerging trends and best practices in B2B SaaS design, backed by performance data and testing.
• Advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Figma.
• Curiosity about AI and how emerging tools can streamline workflows and elevate asset creation.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, receive feedback, explain design choices to non-designers, and thrive on cross-team partnerships.
• Organized, self-motivated, and always looking for smarter ways to work.
