Job Summary
The Junior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing a small list of accounts, supporting Senior Representatives, and contributing to sales growth through excellent customer service, relationship-building, and effective communication.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with a designated list of small accounts.
- Support Senior Representative s : Assist with larger accounts and team projects; collaborate to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Interaction : Handle inquiries, provide information on products and pricing, and address customer needs promptly.
- Order Processing : Accurately process orders and manage logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support : Prepare sales materials, send samples, and update CRM systems with detailed customer interaction records.
- Market Analysis : Collect and analyze market trends and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and interaction.
Required Skills and Abilities :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.Excellent time management and multitasking ability.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving team and personal goals.Affinity for the retail and fashion industry, especially children's products.Physical Requirements :
