[job_card.job_description]Support and supervise Behavior Technicians, providing coaching and guidance. Working with an age population primarily between the ages of 5 to 25. Help develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Work closely with parents to ensure effective communication and training. Maintain compliance and collaborate with funding sources. Play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. MA / MS in ABA, Psychology, or related field with 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (units towards BCBA coursework preferred) Valid driver's licenses, reliable transportation, and ability to travel through designated geographic areas Successfully pass a criminal background check, TB tests, Pre-employment Physical / Fit for Duty exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR / Varicella during onboarding $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE) Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Career development opportunities and ongoing training
