FULLY REMOTE GROUP PRACTICE STARTING AT $90 AN HOUR

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support
  • Collect data and monitor client progress to evaluate treatment effectiveness

Qualifications

  • MUST BE LICENSED
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
  • Knowledge of diagnostic criteria and ability to conduct thorough assessments
  • Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and risk assessment protocols
  • Strong clinical counseling skills with a focus on evidence-based practices
  • Ability to provide effective behavioral therapy and behavior management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads, documentation, and scheduling
