Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst Level 2 for our client. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decisions within the company.

What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different audiences, including executives, business partners, and technical teams.
  • Develop and present multiple solution options to stakeholders, explaining risks, benefits, and expected impact.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that drive business outcomes.
  • Standardize and improve data processes, quality, and availability in partnership with cross-functional teams.
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytical methods such as regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong exploratory data analysis skills, with the ability to detect trends, anomalies, and drivers of business outcomes.
  • Experience with Power BI for building clear visualizations and dashboards.
  • A problem-solving, innovative mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a focus on measurable business impact.
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Communication skills.
