Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and control digital and operational programs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
Oversee customer escalation management, ensuring timely resolution and visibility of high-impact customer issues
Drive execution of digital initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and retention metrics
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, Customer Success Operations, or related roles within SaaS or technology companies
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and achieve measurable outcomes
Familiarity with digital engagement and automation platforms
Experience in stakeholder management and facilitation
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality technology industry preferred
