Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while effectively managing resources and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and executive management
• Oversee estimating and quoting processes for project proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is great but not required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with estimating and quoting in a commercial setting
• Familiarity with electrical systems and site field monitoring is a plus
