Role : Community Hem / Onc Nurse Navigator - Beaverton SD dates available : 4 / 16, 4 / 30, 5 / 14, 5 / 28 Shifting : 4X10 Days; 07 : 00 - 17 : 30 Contract Length : 13 Weeks Floating : Yes, will be based out of two primary department locations only (East Portland and Gresham or Tualatin and Beaverton) On Call : No Patient Population : Adult Hematology- General medical oncology. RN navigator will provide patient education and care coordination. Community Hem / Onc is comprised of 5 clinics. Certifications : BLS Required, Chemo & ONS Preferred. Experience : 2 Years of Oncology Experience needed, the RN will be providing education and care coordination. Outpatient oncology experience is preferred.
