S TART  ASAP : 10 / 20, 11 / 3, 11 / 17, 12 / 1,12 / 15. 12 / 29 Inpatient / Clinical BILL RATE : $65 The employee file must be completed and submitted the Monday before the orientation to ensure that all paperwork, licensure, certifications, DS etc. is completed and reviewed by LMC Human Resources.  SHIFT - DAYS - MON-FRI - 8AM - 5PM- ROTATING WEEKENDS NO CALL NO 48 HOUR GUARANTEE -  BIWEEKLY HOURS ARE 72 NO BLOCK SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS :   LICENSED OR ELIGIBLE FOR OT LICENSE IN TX BLS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE  May be a new graduate, but prefer 1 to 2 years of staff OT experience.  Preferred : Experience with PPS system a plus.  Incumbent shall be responsible for providing, under direction of the director, therapeutic interventions in interdisciplinary environmental consistent with position's qualifications, professional practices  and ethical standards.  SCRUBS - ANY BEDS - 326 BED LICENSED ACUTE CARE FACILITY PATIENT RATIO - 7 : 1 TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED   MUST  INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS   TRAVELERS  MUST  BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
