Operations Manager

Our client, a leading industrial distribution company, is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume warehouse and yard. This role is responsible for overseeing productivity, inventory control, safety, and on-time order fulfillment while managing supervisors and frontline teams. The Distribution Center Manager will drive process improvements, ensure operational standards are met, and partner closely with senior leadership to support efficient, customer-focused distribution operations.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000–$130,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
