Key Responsibilities

Assess mechanical and electrical plant to ensure safety and compliance with legislation

Prepare electronic reports following inspections for efficient client delivery

Conduct hands-on non-intrusive inspections of equipment across commercial properties

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum qualification in Engineering or a related subject at level 3

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory rules for inspecting mechanical and electrical plant

Effective planning skills for scheduling meetings and work allocation

Able to travel within the central London area using public transport

Experience with documentation processing and general administration tasks
