Pay Range : $1,400 to $1,415 per week

Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A flatbed drivers for a regional position. If you're tired of being underpaid for specialized work and want a carrier that respects your time, this is a solid step forward.

This is a full-time flatbed driving role hauling freight like coils, rebar, lumber, and machinery. Loads are consistent across the Southeast and Midwest. You'll run reliable miles in late-model trucks with features designed to make life on the road more livable.

• $1,400-$1,415 per week , with direct deposit every Friday
• 6 full days of home time per month , with flexible scheduling
• Late-model Peterbilt 579s with SiriusXM, fridge, inverter, TV mount, and Espar bunk heater

• Extra pay for tarping, detention, layover, stop-offs, breakdowns, and clean inspections

Orientation is quick, efficient, and fully covered. We'll arrange your hotel, travel (no buses), and meals. You'll be solo in your own truck - no slip seating, and no time wasted waiting on trainers or mentors.

To qualify, you must have a valid Class A CDL and either 1 full year of flatbed experience or 1 year of OTR with at least 6 months of flatbed. You'll also need to meet DOT medical requirements.
