State Licensed Specialty Counselor

A company is looking for a Statewide Specialty Counselor to support small business clients throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized, one-on-one counseling to small business clients, creating customized strategies for their specific needs

Develop and deliver group training sessions and webinars to share knowledge and resources

Collaborate with other counselors to ensure comprehensive support and maintain relationships with statewide small business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Three to five years of relevant professional experience in consulting or advisory roles

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM software systems

Ability to travel occasionally throughout the state for client meetings and events

Experience in maintaining compliance with organizational guidelines and metrics
