Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise customers during their migration to the cloud by providing technical expertise and guidance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop holistic solutions that address customer migration challenges
Mentor and build capabilities within the support engineering team to enhance overall support quality
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in support, software services, or system administration for large platforms
5+ years of experience working with Enterprise Customers in a high-touch support model
Strong database skills, including proficiency in SQL queries
Experience with network technologies and identity technologies (e.g., SSO, LDAP)
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, application servers, and systems architecture
