In this role you will :

• Transition from academia to industry.
• Make sense of complex marketplace data at webscale and perform noncommoditized data work.
• Develop scalable statistical algorithms and predictive models to support real-time decision making in a high frequency ad marketplace.
• Collaborate cross functionally with product managers, and engineers to define KPI's, evaluate A / B tests, perform casual inference, and use data to inform product decisions.
• Apply the creative problem solving skills you learned in academia to business problems.
• Work in a collaborative team environment with high personal accountability.

In CA, the base salary range for this position is : $110,000 - $125,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ : MGNI).
