The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) manages the immediate milieu of patients, facilitates group therapy, aids with activities of daily living, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Consistently provides supervision for assigned patients.
• Facilitate psycho-educational groups.
• Clearly documents observations of patient behavior.
• Performs basic housekeeping tasks required to maintain patient living areas.
• Ensures safety of patient at all times.

Shift Hours : Monday - Friday (3 : pm - : pm)

Retention Bonus : This position is eligible for our retention bonus program (eligible after completion of sign-on bonus); current retention bonus for BHTs is $4,

$1 added to base rate of pay if bilingual (must pass a language assessment; eligible to take assessment after completing first days)
