  • Direct flow of production materials through multiple sewing & sealing operations
  • Responsible for production line staffing assignments for 4-15 people

Monitoring productivity v. measured timing for operations.

  • Assigning people to correct operations based on training.
  • Ensure the team is aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
  • Wll be accountable to KPIs tied to labor expenses and other operating expenses
  • Allocate resources to ensure minimum downtime and completion of scheduled activities. Prioritize and manage workload to ensure assignments address goals and objectives.
  • Staff Supervision :

    • Approving time off requests and addressing violations of attendance policy via verbal and written communication with staff.

  • Addressing all employee issues / concerns
  • Responsible for assisting with the onboarding process of new hires, conducting reviews for associates, ensuring training of associates

    • Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a team lead in a production / manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish / English mandatory
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Teams, Outlook
