Build Your Purpose.

As an Outpatient Therapist you will provide :

• Case Management Services : Coordinate and manage services for clients ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
• Service Plans : Develop individualized written service plans to address clients specific needs and goals.
• Crisis Intervention : Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
• Evaluations and Assessments : Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments including those for behavioral substance abuse and economic self-sufficiency issues.
• Facilitate Wraparound Meetings : Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.

Fully Licensed : $61600 - $65200

Final compensation will also depend on factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications.
