Salary : $85,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements :

  • I have over 4 years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or client-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or financial software environments.
  • I possess a solid understanding of financial principles, encompassing accounting, payroll, inventory management, and tax compliance.
  • I have hands-on experience with financial software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
  • I demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities and can resolve complex technical issues pertaining to software applications, custom workflows, integrations, and APIs.
  • I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing me to convey intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences easily.
  • I have experience collaborating with enterprise clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • I am capable of prioritizing and managing multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • I am willing to travel as necessary to engage directly with customers on-site (~20%).
  • Preferred : I possess knowledge of region-specific financial regulations, such as GST, VAT, payroll tax, or 1099 reporting.
  • Preferred : I have experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for automation and customizations.
  • Preferred : I have previous exposure to Zoho products or similar B2B SaaS ecosystems (Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.).

Responsibilities :

  • I deliver exceptional technical support for Zoho’s financial suite, addressing complex issues related to accounting, expense management, billing, inventory, and payroll.
  • I assist customers in configuring integrations between Zoho Financial Applications and external tools, including CRMs, payment gateways, and inventory systems.
  • I proactively offer system reviews, performance optimizations, and strategic advice tailored to the unique business needs of enterprise customers.
  • I serve as the escalation point for critical issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams to achieve effective resolutions.
  • I support customers in establishing data workflows, automating recurring tasks, and utilizing advanced reporting tools for financial analysis.
  • I represent customer feedback and feature requests to the product development team to enhance the financial suite.
  • I create support materials including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding content to help customers maximize the platform’s value.
  • I partner with product management, engineering, backline support, solutions engineering, account management, and implementation teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.
