Summary of Position :

The Global Markets Post Trade IT team covers the four global-market business lines :

Macro / Commodities, GSF, Equity Solutions and Credit. Our dynamic team is a mix of software developers and IT business analysts.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help assist in the delivery of a new equity back-office system.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of equity financial instruments and business practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Proficient in C#
  • Good knowledge of Angular (experienced with versions 9+) (3+ years)
  • Ability to design and architect software solutions

Technical Ownership :

  • Take responsibility for supporting both in-house and external software solutions.
  • Ensure high quality deliverables
  • Improve technical documentation

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as software engineer in equity solutions.
  • Knowledge of one or several domains : Post trade booking for equity solutions
  • Knowledge of Financial products : Equity options, Repos, Stock borrow / lending
  • Experience with Broker Dealer systems, i.e., Phase 3 / Shadow Suite
  • Well-versed in Agile practices and methodologies. Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
