Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an e xcellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
- 1–3 years of substantive corporate transactional experience, with a background in Life Sciences
- Direct and applicable experience working at an AmLaw 100 firm strongly preferred
- Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements , including licensing , collaboration , manufacturing , and supply agreements in the Life Sciences sector
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
