About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse

Minimum of 2 years in level IV NICU required.
Experience with arterial lines for neonates is mandatory.
License :
Compact or state license required.
Certifications : BLS, NRP required.
PALS is preferred.
Must-Have :
Agreement to float to a different unit if needed.
Willingness to be part of an emergency team if assigned.
Description :
This position requires working in a Level IV NICU environment.
Candidates should have experience with neonatal care, including arterial lines.
The typical patient ratio will be 2 patients per nurse during shifts.
Expectations include potential floating to another unit based on census needs.
Special procedures may involve post-operative care for surgical interventions.
Cooling procedures will also be part of the responsibilities.
Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as respiratory and physical therapy.
Daily patient census averages around 48 with a total of 54 beds available.
Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment and adaptability in care delivery.
