Job Purpose and Impact

• The Security Engagement and Enablement Leader shapes and advance s our core security services that empower Business Information Security Officers (BISOs) in enabling secure business operations across the this role you will drive the development and management of critical capabilities such as risk reporting dashboards risk analysis and assessment continuous monitoring secure solution design and M&A risk management. You will also champion the evolution of Global Information Security Team s engagement model to strengthen collaboration with stakeholders and lead initiatives to optimize internal processes for greater efficiency consistency and impact. This is an opportunity to influence strategy deliver measurable results and play a pivotal role in safeguarding Cargills future.

Compensation Data

The expected salary for this position is $160000 - $210000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
