We accept major PPOs and fee-for-service — no Medicaid or HMOs — so you can focus on exceptional dentistry, not insurance hurdles.

What We’re Looking For

We want a dentist who :

Produces $8,000–$10,000 / day comfortably

Can handle 2–3 columns of hygiene checks with confidence

Performs all aspects of dentistry — restorative, endo, prosth, surgery, and cosmetics

Is a problem solver, not a problem creator

Treats patients like people, not production

Respects team members and contributes positively

Is coachable, humble, and eager to grow

Brings strong communication and emotional intelligence

Wants to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck
