LTD, 401k, employee assistance programs, health savings account / liliGenerous paid time off plan and holiday pay / liliWork week Monday - Thursday 4 - 10-hour days OFF Fridays / li / ulpWhat You Will Do As An Energetic Assembler : / pulliPerform basic assembly and test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical / electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures and inspection measurement equipment in a production environment. / liliRegularly handles hazardous and non-hazardous materials as part of the manufacturing process. / liliWork requires the ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Process Specifications (PS) to operate and setup machinery and related systems. / liliThis position is responsible for ensuring the safe processing of products that meet customer and NDS quality requirements in accordance with time standards for his / her assigned area of production. / liliPerforms general daily housekeeping and cleaning of equipment and area to ensure a safe working condition for all employees. / liliPerforms general maintenance of equipment as required. / liliAble to recognize and report all operational variances as trained. / liliMust display competent dexterity to insure safe handling of explosive devices. / liliWeekend overtime may be required. / liliPerforms minor set-up for specific equipment when required. / liliMust be able to wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (safety eyewear, FR coat and pants, conductive shoes and full-face air purifying respirator as required) / li / ulpWhat You Need To Qualify As An Energetic Assembler : / pulliExperience in Aerospace, Energetic or Manufacturing Assembly / lili2 years manufacturing experience preferred. / liliHigh School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required. / liliAbility to walk / stand 80% of the time. / liliAble to lift 5 lbs. constantly, 25 lbs. occasionally, and 50 lbs. infrequently.
