Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process vendor invoices and purchase orders.
  • Assist with daily reconciliations and payment postings.
  • Maintain vendor statements and support A / P and A / R tasks.
  • Help prepare reports for month-end closing.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.

    • Core Competencies

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or administrative support.
  • Strong Excel and data entry accuracy.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

    • Location : Mishawaka, IN (On-site, Monday-Friday)

    Schedule : Full-time, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

    Compensation : $43,000-$50,000 annually, based on experience)
