Clinical Technician I - Trauma-Informed Residential Treatment

What You'll Do
• Provide daily supervision and support to clients in residential treatment
• Be a calm, consistent presence across assigned shifts
• Help clients navigate daily routines with dignity and encouragement
• Observe and document client behavior objectively and professionally
• Respond to conflict or crisis using trauma-informed de-escalation techniques
• Collaborate with counselors, nurses, peer support staff, and leadership
• Support medication call times and access to medical services
• Uphold program structure, safety standards, and professional boundaries

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional in a residential setting
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, mental health, residential care, or corrections
• College-level coursework in human services or related fields
• CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
