The MDS Coordinator Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Relocation assistance is negotiable for selected MDS Coordinator
- Great benefits including health, dental, and vision coverages

- MDS Coordinator is responsible for the management of the full-scope MDS assessment workflow for long-term care patients
- MDS Coordinator will be an invaluable member of the long-term care interdisciplinary team to advocate for quality treatments for all residents
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada or eligible to obtain prior to hire
- Must have at least 2 years of MDS experience
- Must have previous long-term care nursing experience
- Enjoy the balance between a smaller-town atmosphere will being conveniently located to larger areas including Las Vegas, NV
- Embrace the desert scenery and local flavor through the exploration of an abundance of outdoor recreational activities including hiking, biking, cruising, boating, and fishing
- Check out the diversity of cuisines from local eateries, restaurants, bars, and pubs
