Bilingual Team Lead

A company is looking for a Bilingual Team Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the fulfillment team's workload and performance targets

Facilitate client relationship management and prepare performance-related reports

Develop and implement training programs for unit members to ensure success in their roles

Required Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of progressive work experience; 3+ years in operations and / or public records experience

Basic understanding of operations production and workflow management

Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
