Summary
The Central Sterile Technician is responsible for processing all sterile and non-sterile materials, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures. He / she is capable of testing autoclaves for efficiency and maintaining records. He / she assists in the recall process as needed.
Qualifications
Education : HS diploma, graduated from surgical tech or central sterile tech program
Experience : prefer experience in CSS, not required
Certification : Certified CSS preferred, not required
