What your new challenge will look like :
We are building an end-to-end supply chain platform with a strong focus on go-to-market success in North America. As Senior Product Manager for Customer Insights & Experience, you will act as the voice of our U.S. customers within the product organization. You’ll lead discovery efforts, validate product-market fit, and ensure our platform is tailored to the operational realities and expectations of North American logistics customers.
Key responsibilities :
Lead customer discovery and validation initiatives within the North American market, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Translate customer challenges and requirements into actionable, compliant product specifications.
Collaborate with the global product team to prioritize North America–specific features and requirements while adhering to corporate governance and cross-border compliance policies.
Oversee and support customer implementations, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Provide sales enablement support through compliant product demonstrations, insights, and roadmap guidance.
Contribute to product-informed pricing and go-to-market strategies, ensuring adherence to internal compliance and legal guidelines.
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and complies with North American market regulations.
Ensure localization of the platform to meet North American regulatory, legal, and industry-specific requirements (e.g., terminology, workflows, compliance standards).
Monitor and report on user and customer adoption, usage metrics, and feedback loops, maintaining data privacy and compliance standards.
Develop and co-own customer training materials and programs with Account Management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Represent North American customer needs in roadmap planning and sprint reviews, ensuring decisions comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Document and communicate findings for asynchronous consumption across time zones, maintaining transparency and regulatory compliance.
Why you belong at 4flow :
6+ years of Product Management experience, in Logistics, Supply chain, and Enterprise SaaS.
Proven track record of Customer discovery, Implementation support, and market validation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in distributed teams across time zones.
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
