[job_card.job_description]Control access to the location by verifying identification and / or credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors according to established procedures. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel. Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related incidents and to observe for any irregularities. Document and report all incidents, observations, and / or activities as required by site policies and Allied Universal guidelines. Assist with emergency response activities as required, including providing clear information and direction to occupants during incidents. Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and team members to maintain a positive environment at the location. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Access Control Lobby in Lewisburg, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Your presence and communication skills will contribute to a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.
