Overseeing labor scheduling , cross-training efforts, and team retention strategies to control labor costs effectively. Managing the daily opening and closing procedures , ensuring adherence to safety protocols and security guidelines. Conducting inventory checks and ensuring proper handling of food deliveries, maintaining accuracy in inventory systems. Driving exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that restaurant cleanliness and QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) compliance is consistently met. Leading by example during shifts, setting direction for team members, adjusting staffing plans, and monitoring food production. Addressing customer feedback in alignment with "Just Say Yes" policy and communicating improvements to management. Supporting day-to-day restaurant operations as required by management. Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Assistant Manager role in McKinney, TX should meet the following requirements :
- Must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- The love and passion for opening a new restaurant with a new staff.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Licenses / Certifications :
- Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle for company use.
- Serve Safe Certification (to be obtained upon hire).
