A company is looking for a Bilingual Disability Advocate to provide advocacy work for individuals seeking disability benefits through the Social Security Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with individuals who have pending applications for Social Security Disability benefits
Gather required documentation, including state, federal, and medical records
Review and process medical documentation for submission and meet productivity standards
Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate experience with data entry and word processing; knowledge of MS Office applications
Must fluently read, write, and speak both English and Spanish
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Remote positions require a home internet connection that meets specific criteria
