Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish.

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of electricians.

Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and electrical regulations.

Train and mentor staff to improve skills and performance.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure satisfaction.

Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.

Identify and resolve electrical issues or obstacles promptly.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.

Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in electrical work, maintenance, or related field.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Ability to handle physically demanding work.

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements :

Licensing : Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license and required certifications.

Experience : 5–10 years in electrical work and leadership roles.

Leadership : Strong team leadership and communication skills.

Technical Knowledge : Expert in electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.

Project Management : Ability to plan, schedule, and manage budgets.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
