We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Fresno, California. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize reporting systems and support company-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the month-end close process to achieve timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Lead the budgeting process, support audits, and strengthen internal controls across the organization.
• Collaborate with operations teams, shared services, and other stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Optimize the use of multiple ERP systems in manufacturing and dealership sectors to improve efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial workflows and reporting accuracy.
• Supervise and delegate tasks effectively to both on-site and remote team members.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, standards, and regulations.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved financial performance.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, including leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing accounting or dealership / automotive industry practices.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Strong skills in preparing financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline month-end close processes and enhance internal controls.
• Excellent leadership and delegation skills, with experience managing on-site and remote teams.
• Commitment to continuous growth and organizational success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
