Your Role : As a Project Architect, you will drive the technical development, coordination, and execution of medium to large-scale Education, K-12, DSA projects. With a strong focus on DSA compliance, you will ensure that all aspects—from design development to construction documentation-align with regulatory requirements, project goals, and client expectations. You’ll collaborate with consultants, design teams, and agency officials, guiding projects through approvals and into reality.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee technical development and ensure design intent is executed accurately in construction documents.
• Resolve complex code and regulatory challenges, coordinating directly with DSA and other agencies to secure approvals.
• Manage project teams, assigning tasks, mentoring staff, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Lead coordination efforts with consultants, DSA, and the team
• Monitor quality control, reviewing documents for compliance, constructability, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership in materials and systems selection, ensuring functionality, durability, and sustainability.
• Support business development, participating in client meetings, marketing efforts, and proposal writing.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish work plans, budgets, staffing projections, and schedules.
