The Opportunity :

Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Chief of Staff, Head of Legal Solutions and Strategy, the Legal Solutions & Tech Strategy will be a key member of the legal team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to optimize our legal service delivery, implement transformative technologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact the scalability, efficiency, and effectiveness of our entire legal function, enabling our talented team to focus on high-value strategic work.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation :

• Develop and champion a long-term vision and roadmap for legal operations and technology, aligned with the department's and the company's strategic objectives.
• Lead large-scale change management initiatives, driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and a data-driven mindset across a large and diverse legal team.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to legal leadership and other stakeholders on key initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the legal department.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : Bay Area California : $205,500 - $278,000 Southern California : $198,500 - $269,000.
