We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Collections Account Representative to join our client's dynamic team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our customers, our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to strengthen the Collections team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service abilities and strong communication skills, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding results.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in collections or a similar role is helpful.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills. Face-to-face and / or call center experience is helpful.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Contact customers to follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment plans if necessary.
  • Receive and place calls to customers providing exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes to secure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and account updates.

    • Salary and Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday (no weekends required)
  • 8 hours per day, flexible to work those 8 hours between 9 : 30am - 6pm.
  • $19.50 per hour.
