Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)

Work Schedule : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks, 1 weekend every 6 weeks, and 2 holidays (1 summer & 1 winter)

What You'll Do :

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Adapt quickly to diverse unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)

Flexibility : Capability to meet specific scheduling requirements

Training & Skills :

Training in

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (Stroke Scale)

IV Ultrasound

Charge Nurse cross-training to enhance leadership skills

Your responsibilities will include delivering and coordinating comprehensive patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, evaluating patient needs, and fostering therapeutic relationships with patients and families.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license from the state where you practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Education : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Demonstrated ability to deliver holistic patient care, critical thinking, proficient computer skills, effective communication, organizational and time management skills, and teamwork capabilities.
