JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a motivated Digital Production Associate to manage and update our website via mailchimp.com in multiple languages. The role involves learning digital marketing skills, participating in the entire production workflow in our CMS, and mastering our tech stack including Contentful CMS, Smartling, Siteimprove among other tools. The ideal candidate will offer day-to-day project management, working closely with web teams, SEO, external vendors, a variety of marketing departments, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Updating and managing the website content in multiple languages using mailchimp.com.
  • Mastering and using various digital tools and integrations including Contentful CMS and Smartling for project delivery.
  • Participating in the production workflow including page building, localization, QA, and maintenance.
  • Providing project management and execution for design and development projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Tracking digital production progress to ensure on-time project completion and escalating issues as needed.

Must have Skills

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), Contentful is a plus.
  • Ability to work with localized websites.
  • Strong time management, organization, multitasking abilities, and excellent attention to detail.

    • Industry Experience Required :

    Previous experience or strong interest in digital marketing or website project management is preferred.
