Top contractor in McKinney, TX is seeking an Estimator with strong experience with multi‑family projects. Candidates must have 2+ years of estimating experience and be fully capable of reading and interpreting blueprints (will consider a strong Project Engineer). Experience with Procore and / or Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for multi‑family projects
  • Review plans, specifications, blueprints, and subcontractor bids
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support budgeting and proposals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction estimating experience
  • Multi‑family project background required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Procore or Bluebeam experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
