Console Operator Position Summary

The Console Operator provides 24 hour / 7 day routine and emergency communications for TidalHealth satellite offices and physicians. Communication methods include the use of a computer-based telephone system console, public address and digital paging system, and a radio based network.

Console Operator Position Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum one (1) year of experience in a Customer Service environment.

Previous switchboard experience in a fast-paced environment preferred, but not required.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Outlook required.

Console Operator Benefits

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non-12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range : $17.09 - $23.08 Commensurate with experience
