About the Role :

As a Therapist at Reprieve, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and families through various mental health challenges by providing expert counseling and therapeutic interventions. Your work will focus on assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to promote emotional well-being and behavioral health. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of support for clients experiencing crises, life transitions, or chronic mental health conditions. This position requires a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy, emphasizing client empowerment and resilience building. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to improving the quality of life for clients and fostering healthier communities within the region.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in individual and group therapy within a clinical or community health setting.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention, behavioral health, and psychotherapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practice.
