Short Description

• The Senior Financial Analyst supports strategic decision making by analyzing complex healthcare data and preparing financial reports for senior leadership.
• This role contributes to performance optimization through ad hoc financial analysis, trend forecasting and benchmark studies.
• This position plays a key role in developing systems and processes that improve access to financial and operational metrics.
• It leads value analysis initiatives, coordinates product evaluation with clinicians and suppliers and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration with institute leaders and Revenue Integrity is essential to align physician activities through the use of Procedure Analytics.

Experience Required

3-5 years required.

Education Requirements

High School / GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
