Responsibilities

  • The Brand Ambassador is responsible for building excitement and interest in new club openings, generating leads, and supporting the management team at pre-sale events. Key responsibilities include :
  • Building quality relationships in the community and representing the Crunch brand.
  • Executing key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
  • Supporting the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and grand opening parties.
  • Acting with integrity, only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality, organized and detail-oriented, service-minded and team-oriented, professional and self-motivated, effective communicator both in person and online.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus but not required.
  • Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed.

    • Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
  • General understanding of Fitness Industry.
  • Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Must be a team player

    Compensation : $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
