We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing Managed Services team. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, managing renewals, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service across all offerings, including IT, cybersecurity, AV, access control, and support services.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client environments, needs, and business goals to position MSP services effectively.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and satisfaction assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers for smooth execution of service changes or new solutions.
- Manage contract renewals, adjustments, and client retention strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Halo PSA).
- Act as client advocate internally to ensure service excellence.
Required Skills & Experience :
4+ years in an account management or client success role, preferably at an MSP or IT services firmStrong understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, and AV / infrastructure projectsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsAbility to translate technical information into client-facing valueFamiliarity with PSA / CRM platforms (Halo PSA, ConnectWise, Salesforce, etc.)Preferred :
Experience working with high-end or enterprise clientsTechnical background or certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) a plus
