Program Coordinator for Christian afterschool and summer program

Job Description Job Description MentorKids USA is hiring a Program Coordinator to lead our Tempe Promise Neighborhood after-school and summer program serving K-8 students and their families. This is a relational leadership role for someone who is dependable, proactive, and passionate about working with kids and families in a growing community-based program. Key Responsibilities * Provide on-site leadership and daily program coordination * Support and supervise teachers and volunteers * Build strong relationships with students and families * Support student behavior using relational practices * Communicate proactively with families and schools * Contribute to MentorKids social media weekly and write monthly student Impact Stories What We're Looking For * Strong reliability and follow-through * Relational maturity and calm leadership * Initiative and ownership * Alignment with MentorKids' mission and values Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred Experience working with children, families, or community programs preferred.
