Position Description:
Schedule: Full Time

Location: 502 Building, Legacy of Hope

Coordinates and makes applications for release of autopsy reports from all county forensic agencies as needed. Makes application for the release of medical records for Legacy of Hope donors as needed. Works with all EMS agencies throughout Alabama for the release of pertinent medical records created during EMS treatment and transport of Legacy of Hope donors. Creates documents (Word/Excel) as needed. Routes and archives all quality audits and SOP revisions. Files all Quality Department documents and organizes the physical chart storage area.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: High school education required.
Preferred: Computer/database/spreadsheet experience should be demonstrated.
