Requirements :

~ Active NY State Nurse Practitioner License

~ Board Certification required

~ Minimum 1 year of experience as an NP in Pain Management

Compensation and Benefits :

~ Salary : $115,000 - $130,000 annually

~ Full-time, Part-time, or Per-Diem (minimum 2 days|week)
